There are various online payment methods available like - Cash on Delivery, Online payment (netbanking/debit/credit cards) and PurePani's My Wallet.
If you have a Promo code, you can redeem it after selecting the products and do. You will see a field to enter your Promo code on the order details page. If the Promo code is valid, the discount on your order will be calculated immediately. Only one Promo code can be used per order.
you can cancel your order any time before delivery. Go to My Orders and click on 'Cancel' next to the relevant item.

This is purely depending upon the selected seller deliver charges. The exact amount will reflect in your cart at the checkout page.
We only collect your water order on your behalf from the sellers and we sent it directly to Seller and seller will deliver it you, and we won’t be accountable for the quality of the water. But you can raise the concerns we will take necessary actions.
After you place your order, we send it directly to the sellers, which starts delivering it immediately. Our sellers do everything they can to get your water bottles delivered as quickly as possible. If the amount of time you’ve waited has exceeded the estimated delivery time, you can contact us and we’ll look into what’s going on.
Yes, if you placed an order with many items, you can cancel delivery for each of them.
If you cancelled your order, the status would show as Order Cancelled. In rare scenario, if PurePani cancels your order, we will refund your money back.
We attempt delivery many times. If undelivered, we will initiate refund or transferred for next order placed by you.
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on PurePani.in, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a C-o-D payment. Only Indian Rupees accepted.
We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India.
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

All credit card and debit card payments on PurePani are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.
There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might have got delayed. We will send the SMS informing you about the same.
As per government policies, we don't save bank details of any customer. To transfer the refund amount to your bank, we need the bank account information.

You can edit your order in the cart before check out. In case you want to change something in the order after it has been placed, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or simply call us at +91 40 30883858 in between 9am to 6pm.
